4. Newsletter
When you register for our Newsletter, the data you provide is only used for this purpose. Subscribers can be sent information that is relevant to this registration or service via e-mail, (e.g., changes in the offer or technical circumstances). For an effective registration, we need a valid e-mail address. In order to check if a registration has been carried out by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “double-opt-in” process. For this we record the Newsletter order, the transmission of a confirmation mail, and the receipt of the requested answer. No other data is collected. The data is used exclusively for the Newsletter transmission and is not shared with third parties. You can withdraw your consent to save your personal data and use for the Newsletter at any time. There is a link for this in every Newsletter.

If you have given us access to personal data, we will only use it to answer your questions and requests, to carry out contracts with you, and for technical administration. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your express consent. Any consent granted can be revoked at any time. Send an e-mail to datenschutz@studionow.de to do so. If we would like to use your data for offers from service providers or advertising, we will inform you in detail, including information about the duration of storage. You also have the right to inquire about your data that we have stored. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or, aside from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deleted. Your personal data will be deleted when you revoke your consent unless the data is required for the completion of unfulfilled contracts or the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. You can request the deletion of your data if there is no legal requirement for archiving. If such a requirement exists, we can block your data on request. You can change or revoke your consent in the future by notifying us accordingly. Data transfer to third parties is not planned. All parties and employees that handle the date have signed agreements to respect data privacy. All data is protected in accordance with the prescribed technical and organizational measures, which are checked regularly. The creation of corresponding backup files takes place regularly.

To protect your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption (e.g., SSL) HTTPS.
7. Cookies
Like many other web sites, we use “cookies.” Cookies are small text files that are transmitted from web sites to your hard drive. Hereby, we automatically receive certain data such as IP addresses, browser information, operating system, and internet connection. Cookies cannot harm your computer, or transfer viruses. We use the information in cookies to ease navigation and display our web site correctly. The data we collect through cookies will never be shared with third parties or connected to personal data without your permission. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time using your browser settings. Please use the “Help” function of your internet browser to find out how to change your settings. Please note, however, that certain functions of our web site may no longer function if you deactivate the use of cookies.
8. Use of Google Analytics
This web site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (hereafter: Google). Google Analytics uses “cookies,“ small text files that are saved on your computer and which enable the analysis of your use of the web site. The information gathered by the cookies about your use of this web site is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Because we have activated IP address anonymization on this web site, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states included in the treaty in the European economic space. Only in some exceptions will your complete IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this web site, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this web site to create reports about the web site activities and web site use and other internet use for the operator of this web site. The IP address from your browser used by Google Analytics will not be connected to other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the settings in your browser software; please note that in this case, not all functions of the web site will be available.
More information about user data-handling at Google Analytics is available in the data privacy statement from Google.
9. Use of Google Maps
This web site uses Google Maps API in order to visually display geographic information. When you use Google Maps, Google collects, processes, and uses data about how visitors use the map function. The operator of this web site has no influence on this data transmission. More information on Google’s data processing is available in their data privacy statement. You can also change your personal settings there.
You can find more information about user data in Google's privacy policy.
10. Embedded Vimeo Videos
We have Vimeo videos embedded on some of our web pages. The operator of the plug-in is Vimeo, Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York, 10011 USA. When you visit a page with a Vimeo plug-in, a connection to the Vimeo server is created. The page you are visiting will be shared with Vimeo. If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, Vimeo can connect your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account. Once a Vimeo video is started, the provider uses cookies to gather information about user behavior. If you have deactivated cookies for the Google Ad program, there will be no cookies gathered when you watch Vimeo videos. However, Vimeo uses other cookies to gather non-personalized user information. If you want to prevent this, you have to block cookies from your browser settings.
More information on data privacy at Vimeo is available in their data privacy statement.
11. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this data protection declaration from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g., when introducing new services. Your next visit will then be subject to the new data protection declaration.
12. Questions on Data Privacy?
