On April 3, 2014, after 36-months of construction, Florian Pronold (parliamentary state secretary), Reinhard Naumann (district mayor of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf) and Dr. Jürgen Büllesbach (chairman of the board at Bayerische Hausbau) open Berlin’s first concept mall.
A surprise concert by the band “Bilderbuch” on the roof of the building set the tone for the experience and shopping marathon that spanned several days, including being open for business on Sunday.
On the eve of the opening, Bikini Berlin invites 800 guests to an exclusive pre-opening gala, accompanied by musical performances from Marvin Brooks and Ihlem, among others, first-class catering, and an innovative entertainment program. Ralph Herforth is the master of ceremonies and host of the evening.
