StudioNOW – SPRING CAMPAIGN

To kick off springtime, Bikini Berlin offers anual poetic installations by selected artists.

In 2017, StudioNOW invited the French street-artist Mademoiselle Maurice, who has collaborated with Louis Vuitton and Issey Miyake. Her installation "WHEN THE SKY MEETS THE EARTH" transformed Bikini Berlin into a colorful springtime origami oasis. Everything is upside down: A bright swarm of birds is at home on the ground of the exhibit, while stones appear to float above the visitors’ heads. An interactive highlight was the opportunity for guests to fold their own origami figures and participate in the work of art themselves.

StudioNOW was responsible for the concept, and the production of the teaser video for the campaign pre-communication.
