Once a year online fashion retailer Zalando invites its employees in over 50 countries to a legendary Christmas party as thanks for their team performance and high level of engagement.
The communicative leitmotif "Zalando Rhapsody" was the core event idea in 2017 and celebrated the diversity of Zalando: widely varying music and fashion styles as a metaphor for the diverse cultures, people, personalities, and characters. A concept that is easily understood and appreciated across all cultures and languages. Highlight of the evening: Boom Box dance floor with a live performance by Daft Punk Tribute, Fame Music Hall with Open Mic Night, catering inspired by hospitality riders from famous musicians, a Party Wedding Chapel, and a Decorate Yourself counter.
